Zeke Sandhu

Chief Executive Officer

Zeke Sandhu is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Elite Athlete Management with 20 years of experience as an agent. He is a certified contract advisor with the NFL Players Association, CFL Players Association, and NBA Players Association. Zeke also earned his financial planning credentials by obtaining the Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses. He is well versed and knowledgeable on Salary Caps and Collective Bargaining Agreements. He recently negotiated the most lucrative shoe deal for a player in NFL history. He has represented numerous first round picks, with the most recent being Odell Beckham, Jr. with the New York Giants. Zeke was a former collegiate wide receiver where he studied business management and marketing while attending school. Being a college athlete engrained in him the importance of being steadfast in his faith, possessing integrity, working hard, and being dedicated and team-oriented, which has transferred over to his career as an agent.

Vinnie Porter

NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor

Vinnie Porter has over a decade of experience as an NFL agent. As an agent, Vinnie has represented many veterans and players ranging from those selected in the first round of the NFL Draft to undrafted players. Vinnie uses his experience and knowledge to advise all of the clients at Elite. Having experienced numerous challenging situations, Vinnie is able to prepare Elite’s clients on every matter that they may encounter during and after their careers. Vinnie is well versed and extremely knowledgeable of the CBA and all of its nuances and is heavily involved with Elite’s players after they retire to maximize their post-career benefits. Vinnie resides in Chicago, Illinois and is frequently in Arizona and Michigan for Elite. Vinnie is a prod alumnus of the University of Michigan.

Scott Thiel

Senior Vice President/ Contract Advisor

Scott brings 8 years of experience as a certified contract advisor to the Elite team. Scott studied Psychology in his undergraduate education at Arizona State University, and later completed his Master’s in Business Administration. He began his involvement working with athletes while attending ASU and working in a training facility (Athletes Performance, now EXOS) designed to assist professional and elite athletes in maximizing their physical performance. It was during this time Scott found his calling and decided he could assist players through representation. He has been working alongside Zeke for the past 7 years, and has spent the last 3 years working diligently to build the Elite brand as well as support Elite’s clientele. Scott’s work history and family have ingrained in him that there is no substitute for hard work and integrity, which has transferred over to his career as an agent. He is dedicated to ensuring all clients succeed both on and off the field. Scott believes a hands-on approach to recruiting, representing, and promoting Elite athletes will lead to success on all levels.

Don Gregory

Director of Scouting and Player Evaluation

Don Gregory brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Elite Athlete Management. Gregory was formerly the Carolina Panthers' Director of College Scouting. Prior to that, he was a senior executive scout with the Panthers. He was first promoted to the director of college scouting of the Panthers in 2006. He filled that job for 11 years. As director of player personnel, Gregory had control over pro and college scouting. Gregory is a high-level executive with experience under multiple general managers and staffs. Gregory’s experience and network in the NFL give each and every player at Elite Athlete Management a distinct advantage in contract negotiations and getting opportunities with NFL Teams. Gregory was a national scout for the Kansas City Chiefs before joining the Panthers in 2006. Gregory has also worked for the San Diego Chargers, Edmonton Eskimos, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the Las Vegas Outlaws. Gregory resides in Arizona and handles player evaluations and scouting for Elite Athlete Management.

Mark Block

Director of Marketing & Business Development/ Contract Advisor

Mark graduated from the University of Miami (The U) with a degree in Broadcasting and Sociology. From there he graduated 2nd in his class from Temple University School of Law, in Philadelphia and went on to a successful career as an attorney, focusing on corporate litigation in Philadelphia office of the nationally renowned law firm of Drinker, Biddle & Reath. Making a career change, Mark moved to Nashville in 2005 and opened The Block Agency in March 2006. It didn’t take long for The Block agency to rise to the top of the southeastern market and beyond. Having worked in sports marketing and with athlete foundations through The Block Agency, in 2012 Mark became a licensed NFL contract advisor and continues to bridge the gap between sports and entertainment fields.

Derek Mills

Legal Counsel/ Contract Advisor

Derek Mills brings a wealth of skills and experience that is unique to our business. As a professional track and field athlete, he achieved the highest level of success in winning a gold medal in the 1996 Olympic games in Atlanta, GA. In addition to becoming one of the premier sprinters in the world, ranked #2 and #3 in the world in the 400 meters in 1994 and 1995 respectively, he earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech University, and both an MBA and law degree from Tulane University. As a member of Elite Athlete Management, Derek uses his broad skill set in business, athletics, and legal affairs to help our athletes attain the highest levels of success. Derek is a licensed certified contract advisor with the NFLPA.

Matt Dupre

Contract Advisor

Matt Dupre is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor.
Magnifying the future of professional contract negotiations Matt Dupre is a true staple in NFL representation, learning and absorbing the business from an early age. Matt has created break-through contract negotiation strategies and utilizes his own personal experiences as a collegiate football player at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with his experience in business dealings and client management to make himself an integral asset to Elite Athlete Management. Matt is a Cum Laude graduate of The United States Sports Academy where he earned his Masters degree in Sports Management. Matt not only provides Elite negotiation experience but also provides innovative marketing strategies and support for his clients. Matt works from California and Louisiana for Elite and his brother plays in the NFL.

Eloy Vazquez Jr.

Attorney and Contract Advisor

Eloy Vazquez Jr. is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Legal Counsel for Elite Athlete Management. Eloy received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. Starting from his days at Miami, Eloy has years of invaluable experience in the sports agent industry. He also has experience in entertainment law, providing him with the tools to negotiate contract terms most favorable to clients on and off the field. He has strong ties to the premier senior all-star events (East-West Shrine Game and NFLPA Collegiate Bowl) which has successfully led to multiple career changing all-star invitations. Eloy’s hands-on approach, legal expertise and dedication to his players will lead to optimal success for future clients. Eloy is based in Miami Beach, Florida.

Ray Jackson

Football Operations/ Contract Advisor

Raymond Jackson, born in Detroit Michigan. His love for football started at an early age, by playing for one of Ohio’s powerhouses in Youngstown, Cardinal Mooney High School. Raymond learned about the game and took his knowledge and skillset to the next level where he played for Tiffin University. After a graduating from Tiffin, he went on to pursue his career in playing professional indoor football and shortly after, he advanced his education by obtaining two Masters degrees in Business Administration and Management Public Administration. Ray held a position in the AFL for the Arizona Rattlers working in Player Personnel, Scouting, and Coaching. During his time with the organization, he played a role in bringing qualified players in to help the Arizona Rattlers make it back to the Arena Bowl. Ray is a CFLPA certified contract advisor.

Ashley Terrance

Marketing and Business Development

Ashley Terrance is originally a native of Buffalo, NY. She studied Sport Management at The College at Brockport, and then obtained a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from Canisius College. During that time she played collegiate field hockey and planned events for collegiate sports such as the NCGA Division III National Championships and assisted in game day operations for the Rochester Americans Hockey Organization. She proceeded to work in the sport industry taking on rolls in fast paced environments such as personal training and community relations with the Buffalo Bills. In 2014, Ashley moved to Phoenix, Arizona to advance her career in the sport industry where she was the Athlete Service Coordinator for EXOS, one of the top athlete training facilities in the world. Through this she was introduced to the agency realm of professional sports where she found a strong balance between business and client services. Ashley assists in marketing and client services for team Elite.
